Rehab, Restore, Renew
This dashboard is where you book your appointments, search for specials, or buy gift certificates. When you book with a gift certificate simply select Gift Certificate as the option. If you have a Nift card simply select the massage you want and I will deduct the face value at checkout.
Muscles generally hurt due to lack of circulation and as your toxins build so does the pain. I use evidence based modalities and tools (massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) to reduce your pain. A style I call Rehab Massage, which use more active neuromuscular techniques. Even the Tune Up uses some of these tech inques but not to the extent in The Rehab.

A little about me
I was a patient first after an unfortunate car accident. Once recovered I realized I was better than before so I wanted to share this knowledge with other. Five years later I continue to grow even after graduating from UWS in 2013. My number one goal is to evolve and learn to give my clients the best possible care. I am here to restore your function and health.
All first time insurance appointments must be made over the phone and I must verify your insurance before you come in. I accept the following:
BCBS, Moda, Providence, Cigna, Kaiser
If you get into a car accident, an MVA, it’s important to get checked out by your doctor and get a prescription for massage. Ask for one. As part of Oregon state law your massages are covered under PIP. To get this coverage you need a scrip.
If you don’t get treated after a car accident the pain can come back back months later often much worse than if you first had it treated.
Forms of Payment
With COVID you will be able to pay for your appointment beforehand or leave a credit card on file. I do accept MC, VISA, AMEX, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, and Venmo.
